Easy Tile Calculator is a free, instant tool for homeowners, DIYers and contractors who are sick of guestimating how many tiles to buy. What started as a simple square-footage script is now a full estimating tool that handles floors, walls, showers, ceilings and backsplashes.
What we do
Most tile calculators stop at tile count. Ours treats a space the way a real installer would: it measures in feet, inches, metres or centimetres, converts everything to square feet or square metres, adds waste for layouts like diagonal and herringbone, and deducts windows and doors from wall areas automatically.
Why it's free
